Offers one of the most comprehensive programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families and caregivers, with vocational, educational and community resources throughout the Bay Area. The goal is to ensure clients get the help they need to achieve and maintain optimal levels of well-being and self-sufficiency.

Services include information and referrals, advocacy, case management, counseling and support. The Gary Shupin Independent Living Community extends these services to include residential independent living, skills training, a community of peers and a social club for neurodivergent adults.
