JFCS Dream Program
Offers critically needed help to families — of all faiths and backgrounds — to meet the needs of mothers and their children recovering from domestic abuse. The program uses a case management model with comprehensive services to help women develop skills and obtain resources to move through crisis into self-sufficiency. Ongoing support groups, domestic violence education, women’s empowerment speaker series and other social outings help provide women with a larger support community.
Depending on client need and the case plan, participants may be eligible for other JFCS services, including clinical support, short-term financial assistance and parent education and support. Also partners with community agencies to assist clients in receiving legal assistance, job training and vocational services as available.
